Kitchen:
The ersatz brick vinyl flooring was replaced with tile, oriented on a 45-degree angle and incorporating a picture frame pattern. The backsplash is also newly tiled, the counter tops are new, as is the cabinet hardware. The wallpaper was changed to a bold but friendly stripe.
